Love my Apartment but forced to move

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
I moved in my 1 bed rm apartment last year. Everything was brand new and clean. Washer and dryer came with the apartment for not additional charge. New microwave was installed and I was able to have 2 accent wall painted for no additional charge. The staff were very friendly but everytime I enter into the office they greeted me as applying to sign a new lease. The one problem I had with the kitchen sink but it was fixed the next day. I really do not want to move but was forced out by office. When the office was in the process of selling the property to new management my apartment was always used for show to help sell the property. I thought the office would have taken that into consideration because I kept the apartment up to part. I guess that did not matter to them. it was either I take the offer regarding my rent being raised or move out. My rent was being raised more than 50.00 dollars. When I asked why rent was being raised for so much, I could not get a logical answer. I gave my 30 day notice and now I'm moving. My lease end on 12/01/07. Whom ever rent out my apartment would be very happy because I'm leaving the apartment they way I found it nice and clean. My location of the apartment is in the very front where the flag pole is located. Another thing I never did understand was why the water bill was so high. If it was up to me I would stay in these apartment until I move into a house but I guess I have to go. One more thing the previous comment ment the pot holes in the parking lot was very correct. I recommend to drive very slow in the parking lot. Thanks for everything Trinity.
