My family has lived here for almost a year now, and we will definitely NOT be renewing our lease. We will also not recommend this community to family or friends.
Besides the multiple maintenance issues (which were taken care of efficiently and effectively before the management change), we have also had pest problems, and we have noted that the leasing professionals here since the change have not been very helpful in responding to complaints in a timely manner.
It's really sad when companies are not represented by polite, professional, personable people, to not only sell the community, but to continue to make sure the residents are satisfied and well taken care of.

You are right, the prior management was by far superior to the current management. We had an emergency that was not attended to for more than four days during which time we called our own plumber. The management problems are not covered by the new painting.

Pest problems- two months to fix.
Current maintenance issue- over two weeks. If I was Mr. Home Improvement, I'd do it myself. I'm moving soon, so I'll let them deal with it. Plus, they'll probably all be fired soon.

Ever since the management changed over, the leasing office took a big turn. No more friendly leasing agents it more business agents. It was meant for me not to renew my lease. When I went to the leasing office to turned in my keys I told the rep (Trisha) I wanted to have someone to walk in the apartment to check it out before I turn in my keys. Her reply was we are short staff and very busy at the moment. She said give me the keys to the apartment and if something is wrong with the apartment we will call you or mail you a letter. I said do I need some type of proof I gave you all the keys to the apartment. Respond from the lease rep was we are to busy at the moment to take care of the problem but we will call you or mail you something. I walked out of the office puzzled. The next day I went back to the leasing office spoke with another rep. she looked in my so called folder and said I do not see any keys. I had this look on my face like someone better find the keys to the apartment because I know I turned it in. I looked over and Trisha said I know where the keys are. I told her I was not leaving the office until I get something in writing I returned the keys. She walked inside the office, took my folder and wrote on my 30day notice letter keys was given back to the office with her name on it. I gave this puzzled face and walked out with a smile. I said to myself THANK GOD I MOVED. The older staff was very helpful and friendly. The new staff I just do not know what to say. Unprofessional
