I did a coast to coast move from chicago under the old management. I went home for christmas upon my arrival back someone had came into my apartment and stole my brand new flat screen television. I'm new to the state of Texas so i have no family or friends here who would have access to my apartment. I noticed that my window wasn't broke, my door was not manipulated, i live on the 3rd fl so no one came in thru my balcony( oh that was also locked too). I confronted management with this problem, feeling that it maybe was maintenance. they informed me that her guys would not steal and if i don't stop raising my voice she would terminate my lease. I have been so dissatisfied with new management i would not recommend any moving into this complex.

Contact their corporate office! www.aimco.com They used to be a good mid-range place to live when I moved there in 1997, but it got progressively more "ghetto" in the last few years. I finally moved out in early 2006 and glad I did!

I hve experienced theft from my vehicle (twice) and from my apartment (once) and knowing the reputation of the mgt I didn't even call them. My insurance adjustor told me they have many claims arising from Trinity Apartments in Irving, Texas. Parking lots are dark, strange people roam here.
