After getting married and needing a bigger place for the two of us we moved to Trinity.
I have defiantly live in much worse places and this place seems nice enough.
There are issues to address.
Parking for us, with two cars, is spotty. If you are looking and have two cars do not get an apartment near the office.
There a several residents that seem to think driving thru the complex with the bass booming is perfectly acceptable behavior. So far the management has yet to address this issue.
The Grounds are kept nicely enough. They can't seem to make up their minds what plants they want to have. There have been several replantings to replace plants that were healthy.
Several lights are out or are only on for a few seconds then go back off. It has never been addressed.
I really like the brick exterior. The interior of our apartment is beginning to show it's age.
Never had any real problems in the apartment with how the Maintenance staff, other than the security lights not being addressed.
The Office staff did their jobs for the most part. We will see how the address reimbursement for a stop check fee after the office was broken into and rent checks were stolen.
It is really going to be up to the individual if they want to live here. Beware the water bills are going to be way too high. If you are going to move in get an apartment away from the office so parking won't be an issue.
