I've lived at Trinity since May of 2008. The road noise is pretty loud next to Esters, but it's not intolerable. I like the staff (even though they seem to change a lot...) I have a problem with little ants that won't seem to go away, and my water bill is over $45.00 a month (which I think is crazy) But overall, the grounds are kept clean and neat, the residents are quite at appropriate times. The office staff will work with you if you are going to be late on your rent. The parking is good. and the after hours maintenance staff is really awesome. (even if they don't speak very good english)

I have lived in newer apartments that are much worse than these.
I would say it's a pretty good community up there by the office, though I cannot speak for the apartments in the back. They have a nice office, pools, and play ground.
