I have been living at Trinity Apartments for about 4 years now...and fortunately, I will be moving out in August 2009. When I first moved here, I loved the area, the place, the staff, and the convenience of having a park right down the street. However, as time went by, rent started to increase, the building I lived in started to become more louder, and there was instability in management and staff. When I renewed my lease back in 2007, my rent increased to $40 which is ridiculous took another increase of $30 when I renewed last year. Some of the staff members seem friendly while others were somewhat rude and inattentive to your needs and questions. I don't know why the office insists on leaving your water/trash payment at your front door when it would be much, much more safer to send a statement of your rent and water and leave them in the mailboxes (as they had done when I first moved in). In December 2008, the water was shut off for two days which not only pissed me and other residents off, but I had family visiting and staying with me. Two or three years ago, the exteriors of the buildings were repainted and I was very disappointed with the way the stairs were done - anyone ever heard of water resistant paint' I am looking for a much smaller place at a reasonable price and would not even consider moving into their smallest 1 bedroom floor plan based on my living experience here. It's a nice place, but the main reason for me leaving is the increase in rent each time the lease is renewed.
