Fortunately I am moving at the end of September. When I first moved in I filled out the paper work of the things that needed to be fixed...it took them 2 months to do the things on the list after calling almost every single day about it....but now that I have been here a year some of those thigns STILL have not been fixed but I dont have the time or energy to care anymore. Then after living here for a month my fridge decided to make the loudest noise you could imagine and stopped working and that took about another 2 months to replace after having to be a total b*tch to the apartment manager he supposedly had to have a meeting about it!'!'!'! Really you need to have a big meeting about replacing your tenants broke fridge when $200 worth of groceries went bad!'!'! So finally that was fixed but of course something else had to go wrong and it still does to this day. Every now and then I won't have cold running water, just scorching hot water. How am I suppose to take a shower without buring my skin off or even brush my teeth without buring my mouth''' its ridiculous!!! They even turned EVERYONE'S water off for a few days like it wasnt that big of a deal!!!! Oh and of course they dont fix that problem right away either. There are people who turn their music up so loud in their car while they wash it for 2 hours and then the people below me think its ok to turn their music up so loud that every piece of my furniture literally shakes...and my furniture is extremely heavy so its pretty loud! Oh but when I call the apartments about it they get right on it. why' because they dont have to actually FIX or REPLACE something!!! Oh and another thing I came home from work one day with a note that says they will close the pool every monday for it to get cleaned but NO its closed just about every single day! its over 100 degrees outside and of all things they close the pool every single day! Oh and PS...some of the staff is rude and aparently has never heard of customer service! No wonder they have new people every time i go in to pay rent!

I agree, its been 2 months and they havent fixed anything I asked them to fix.
