I went to visit Tucasa Townhomes after months of research. After hearing so many nice reviews.
They are run down. So many cars have had windows busted out. I have to admit the office did LOOK nice, INSIDE that is. There was no parking, landscaping or lack there of was of poor quality, hardly enough room to drive to the leasing office, and the pools where FILTHY. If you even pass through and don't want to go further DON'T! Unless of course you are use to the ghetto, go ahead, the Rent is cheap.
I went in and the woman in the office with a lot of makeup didn't even know the dimensions, till I pointed them out on the paper right in front of us. I asked her a few times and she was very rude to me.
I was still kind and took the paper and a look around.
I know I will not be back.
I have to say, If you can not afford anything else this would be your best bet in the area. One bedroom 540 and two bedroom a little more than 600.

I have been living here for about 2 years and to be honest,the first year and a half everything was great.Now there's children running around keying the vehicles and breaking windows.They have no respect for no one.I can't wait to move out once my lease is due i'm out of here,i will not recommend no one to move here unless you want your car keyed.
