I'm looking for an apartment in the Irving area and stopped in at this apartment. They were very nice from the start. I was up front that I wasn't sure if they had anything in my price range (which unfortunately they didn't). But even after they knew I wouldn't be renting there they still helped me a LOT by refering other apartment complexes and a locator service to help me save time. If my income wasn't so crappy I would be staying at Tuscan Villas. I don't remember the name of the lady I talked to, but I really did appreciate that she still helped me after it was clear I wasn't going to rent there; and I never felt like I was wasting her time.

I can't say anything about the apartments though as I didn't actually view them or sign a lease.
