Ever since I have moved here, there has been construction on the other side of the Villas. I love the interior of my apartment, and maintenance has always been wonderful fixing my requests promptly. The office staff has always been nice, even when they are busy. The deluxe kitchen is also very nice, especially since I love to cook.

However - the construction noise was really annoying. Especially at 7 am on Saturdays. The beautiful pool area cluttered with litter was annoying. People leave empty beer bottles and trash in the halls and in the garage.... Why can't people pick up after themselves! Parking is a nightmare, and I will need to have my vehicles repainted.

If the people who live at the Tuscan Villas were as upscale as the building, I wouldn't mind living here and extending my lease.
