Yes you are right they should have not written a response to the person who (this and that so on and so forth...); but you have to remember that people do get offended by racial remarks whether they are P.C. or not is beside the point. The manager was right in my opinion in doing what she did because she had to defend her pride if anything against people who offended her. Ever heard of something called the 1st amendment' Even to have you say that your are going to corporate, when in fact it may not even be your business reflects that you are sticking your neck out in a place where it does not belong. If you do not wish to rent at the property because you read a quarrel that had nothing to do with you in the first place suggests that you have personal issues yourself to deal with.

It's the same reason people check out ratings for apts, restuarants, companies, schools, employers, and even neighborhoods. It's the way of the world. A NFL player can run 100,000 yards and have 400 touchdowns but if he is reported a drug abuser, steroid user, or anything else his talents become useless.
