I had a rough start with the leasing agent trying to get more money out of me after a small mistake in the 1st months rent.

Eventually they did not want more money since it was their mistake and I refused to pay.

Besides that, this is a wonderful place to live.

The location is nice, Traffic noise is not terribly bad, even though they demolished all the trees so it has gotten worse.

I love the parking garage, essentially free covered parking for multiple vehicles.

Their only downfall is SBC Home Entertainment.

I don't like places that the cable doesn't offer HD and i am on the north side so i can't get satellite.

Overall if you like the area, live here!
