Why does this person have to be an idiot? As a manager it is your duty to promote a positive image for the property that you are managing. This person is a American just like you and deserves respect. As a manager you should address this with more concern or someone like myself will use proper channels to report a real complaint. Because the exact same thing happened to me when I arrived. It made me reconsider. Sadly because I fell in love with the architecture, the kitchen, floor plan, amenities, and the pool was incredible. I digress, I think I will move in anyway.

Personally, havent checked out the place but thank you because I wont bother. I am a minority and a good tenant might I add, quiet- single. So sorry but u've lost a good potential customer.
