Great location, but major issues! Honda owners beware!

Security is a major problem at Tuscan Villas and the former and current management teams refuse to do anything about it.
The parking garage has a history of multiple auto thefts on a recurring basis.
For the facts, check the Irving Police Department website.
If you own a honda accord, consider it gone.
There are usually auto break-ins at least once a week.

I agree with this post. Plan to factor in an extra $200/month for car repairs due to theft if you plan to stay here. Even if you are bulgarized just once, it will cost you an average of $1500 to repair windows, dash, and replace audio systems. Honda/Toyota/Older cars are the easiest targets.
