I myself am in the property management business. Upon needing to relocate I visited Tuscan Villas.The property was very nice. Lighting was a little dim. My visit was on a Sunday and there was only one leasing agent working. There were 3 couples touring apts, including my boyfriend and I. She took us on a group tour and showed us all the floorplans we wanted to see. We were very inpressed. I have read all the negative comments on here. I must say, there are problems and attitudes where ever you go. I will say I visited a few properties that same day and I have to say my money is on Tuscan Villas.
