I have lived in several apartments(in different cities) in my lifetime and this place is hands down the best! I have read a few of the negative reviews and couldn't disagree more. I've lived here for over a year and have only heard of one car break-in. Hello'...it happens everywhere regardless of where you live. A friend of mine lives in a very high end condo complex that houses many professional ball players and guess what'....5 cars had their $10,000 rims and tires stolen. Like I said, it happens regardless. The staff is so nice and personable. If I ever have a maintence request, however large or small it may be, it's taken care of within 24 hours. By the way, the maitnence is very nice too. Now, about the construction noise, i never hear it. But I moved to this area (Las Colinas) because it is a new, growing community. In new communities you should expect some construction noise especially ifthe construction is going on when you move in! About the bug comment, I've never seen any in or around my apartment.....they spray the apartments every 3 months. If you have bugs it may be somthing to do with your cleaning habits. The neighbors are very nice and quiet. Rent is a little more than other places around but it keeps all the "rif raf" out. If you don't pay extra for a reserved parking finding parking on your apartment level after 8:00 P.M. can be diffucult. But don't worry there's plenty of parking on other levels. Just to give you an idea of the parking, there are 3 levels of apartments and parking is 5 levels. PLENTY of parking! The property grounds are beautiful, lush and well maintaned. The pool resembles the one at cesars palace in las vegas but on a smaller scale. If you want to relax by a nice quiet pool during the summer, this is the one. There's usually only a handfull of people down there. The location is very convenient to resturants, shopping, ect and close to the 114, 161, and the 635 freeways. Once a month (sometimes more often) the management has brunch catered for the residents on saturday. It's a nice way to get to know your neighbors. In short, Tuscan Villas is a very nice and quiet place to live. I can't say enough GREAT things about it!!! LUV IT!

I work in advertising, and I can smell a sales call from a mile away. This isn't a resident review, it's the management's selling points.
