Great complex, but had other issues pertaining to residents

The building/staff/compounds are all very nice. Pool and surrounding area could use some more regular cleaning. Generally a nice place to live. (Construction around the area isn't all that fun, but that should end since nearly all sides have something there already.)
The parking has much to be said about it. 1st come 1st serve is a little annoying. Security in the parking garage doesn't exist. I have had things stolen and too often do I see notices of cars being broken into posted around the complex. They said they have a "voluntee" security guard, who I have never seen, and there isn't a single measure of security taken for cars. (Camera's, gates, etc...) But I'm sure this is mainly due to tennants.
I would recommend this place but only if you are willing to put up with the lack of parking security.
