I have lived here for 1 year and in that time there have been several "incidents" with cars in the parking garage. But it has reached the OUT OF CONTROL stage. Property management is turning a blind eye and refuse to address the issue. Each time I get a very nice letter on my door telling me how they are not responsible (legal stuff) and what I can do to protect myself. All of which I already do. But I am wondering what the property management company is going to do. I keep reading my letter and it is more of the same "We would also suggest that you contact your insurance agent and maintain insurance coverage...." Duh, my insurance agent is loving you guys right about now. Maybe you should see if you can get a kick back from them because we know this place is drumming up the business. In the last 2 months my truck has been broken into twice. 1st time they drilled a hole through door to unlock it...NICE. 2nd time they busted out my driver's side window...NICE. Got home tonight and guess what I found'' Yep, another letter on my door about what I need to do to protect myself because...Whoops it happened Again. Let's count them shall we' In April 6 cars were hit :( and in June...16 cars. Now the apt management did say that number is not correct because 3 of the 16 did not report it (maybe because it is falling on deaf ears) BUT I was present with the Irving Police Officer who counted the reports back to me. Let's not pretend that they did not happen because the owner of the vechile did not report it. THEY DID HAPPEN. Everyone should call Paul's Property Management and voice your concerns. www.paulsapartmentliving.com When is my lease up' It makes me sad because other than this I have enjoyed my time here but my car repairs are way too expensive and I am nervous all the time.

I agree with your post 100%! I am nevous and sick each morning I walk out to the parking garage wondering if I'll still have my car - or at the very least - have it broken into. Nine cars were broken into on Monday morning...and one was stolen. This is getting way out of control. Do not move here - it's just not worth the trouble.

WOW, I am amazed at how many people took the information that I placed on their doors and responded. Funny thing is I found this website on paulsapartmentliving.com. They shot their own self in the foot. HMMM...I wonder if they knew this could happen when they signed that agreement to have them advertise on their webpage? Their responsibility.

got my letter just now, thanks. did you know our property is in the process of being sold to another mgmt co. they've been sold to the trammel crow group. the same mgmt company that owns a few other properties in the area. i think it would be in everyone's best interest to let them know what's going on with the property they are about to aquire and the anger their future residents are experienceing. maybe this will put a fire under paul's mgmts butt to do somthing more. i will be making a call myself to the soon-to-be new mgmt company trammel crow (not sure if i'm spelling that right). i hope you'll do the same. let's band together!!!
