I spent hours reseaching tenant's rights and made flyers to hang on everyone's doors tonight. At 10:15 pm on 06/29, I started hanging them on doors, starting on the third floor. I was almost done and on the first floor of the complex when I heard thumping above me. I went up to the second floor to see what the noise was and it was the MAINTENANCE MAN ripping each and every flyer I had put up. I can't believe his audacity and lack of respect. The contents of the flyers were completely within my rights. Everything that was mentioned was pertaining to your rights as a tenant. There was nothing malicious or inappropriate about the Tuscan Villas. Ripping off those flyers from the doors was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. Quite honestly I feel completely violated, first with the burglaries and on-site management, and now with the maintenance man. I am still in shock that someone who is supposed to be on our side was doing that. After I went looking for him, I found him by the pool and overheard him talking negatively about the flyers WITH other tenants. Laughing like this whole issue is a BIG joke. This goes to show you all what we're dealing with here.

I suggest if anyone has anything to pass out or hang up that they be on the look-out for the maintenance man because he will rip up your hard work and throw it all away. I wish that he would reimburse me for the money I spent on printing the flyers.

The Management removed the previous night flyer from the victims titled " Whoops It Happened Again" also, before the tenants had a chance to read and respond...
