up to $180 increase on your renewals but maybe your neighbor will get a better deal!, some had $40 increase some $100...management response'..."different special, different rent increase...you can always move out"...haunting words, but lets do some easy math, if each resident gets a $100 increase and signs a new lease then they definateley must be able to afford new security cameras....awesome!!!...wait what'...no new cameras'...they lined their pockets while we have increased premiums on car insurance '...surely no one could be so cruel to their residents as tuscan villas. but i am right...watch out new move ins watch out if you own a car, oh...one more thing...your laundry will get stolen too ( i talk from experience) and i was told the tape in the laundry room camera did not reveal anything...mmmm...another story there'
