There have been over 50 cases of auto breakins and vandalism in the last six months at this propoerty. The management has committed that they will do there part and spend the money they should be installing a gate with on continental breakfasts and coffee for the occupants. I have had the wheels stolen off of one of my vehicles and the window shattered on the other. Thieves will typically "hit" 6-10 vehicles in a given night. The management's new method of dealing with the problem is to post a letter on every door stating that they are unequivically not responsible for their tennants saftey, or the security of their property.

There are n security personnell, no gates, and no plans for either.

Save yourself the expense and headache and look elsewhere.
