First, the apt complex posts signs that say the parking garage has video surveillance - making you feel that you are safe; however, there has been a HUGE amount of cars broken in to and no one has been caught. Hmmm....well, you figure it out. Second, if they stopped spending money on those stupid continental breakfast that they seem to have every Saturday after cars have been broken into, they could use that money towards a security guard or security gates or SOMETHING! These stupid letters they post on our door to "inform" us of all the fine print that we signed during our lease is a slap in the face. Third - why these apartments are so expensive is so way beyond me - it's noisy for one - two, you think you are getting fancy stuff but if you look closely, everything is "faux" - like the faux marbletop counters which is a sheet of some cheap vinyl or something and the faux wood cabinets which is particle board and the faux tile bathrooms which is a sheet of laminate floors. WOW, I am amazed at how many people took the information that I placed on their doors and responded. Funny thing is I found this website on paulsapartmentliving.com. They shot their own self in the foot. HMMM...I wonder if they knew this could happen when they signed that agreement to have them advertise on their webpage?

I just moved out of Tuscan and they (new management) somehow managed to screw me over after I left! They charged me for carpet that is 5 years old, out of warranty and has black spots from what I originally thought was mold, but was told both years of my lease that it was "car exhaust fumes". Only after speaking to the management company did they refund my money. Again, lived there for 3 years, 2 years too long...noise is horrible, many inconsiderate residence who disraegard ALL manner of social living, break-ins (this occurred the entire time I lived there) and 3 management companies who only acted as "office sitters" because the entire time they were there the property was up for sale. It sold 3 times while I lived there. Although I liked the girls from Pauls Corp., their hands were tied since the property was for sale and they could not spend much money on updating or making the property better.
