Since the new management has taken over the office is a nightmare to deal with. Maintenance is even worse. The "live person" you talk with has no information so what is the use of talking to a live person. I tried to give the office some feedback and the person became defensive and patronizing. One of the worst apartment experiences in a very, very long time.
Many cars were broken into and only when a resident raised issues did the office do anything about it.

Thanks so much for your input. Our maintenance line was designed to provide superior maintenance customer service 24 hours a day with a live operator to take any service request you may have. If you feel the operator does not provide you with such service please take down their name and report it to the office and we will take care of it. |
