Good from Far, but far from Good!

I would not recommend this place to my enemy! Lived there almost 3 years..2 years too long! What is that joke.."Looks like a Van Gogh, good from a distance, but a mess up close." The units are faux & carpet is a disaster! CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! What they don't tell you is it is not stain resistant and garage exhaust will color it black! Management takes no responsibility for cleaning.
Property was sold 3 times in the 3 years I lived there.
The auto break-ins happened the entire time I lived there.
Neither management companies took responsibility for them.
All put it back on the residence to be "vigilent and aware of your surroundings." The noise level around the pool is a nightmare, especially at 3:00 AM!! Some residence do not follow community rules, and have no regard of community living.
This isn't just every once in awhile but almost EVERY night.
Management could also never get a good handle on this problem either.
Very high rent and they will raise it once your lease is up offering you nothing to stay.
Parking is a nightmare, but for more money they will rent you a parking space.
None of the units have much closet/storage, but also for more money they will be glad to rent you a storage unit.
Most apartments have storage closets on balconies.
Not here.
I moved a month after the new managment company took over, but my experience with them has been horrible.
They have taken to bad mouthing the past managment, and blaming them for all problems.
And from what I know now, they still haven't addressed the problems either.
As you can tell my experience has made me VERY bitter.

I am confused? The cabinets and the carpet are the same cabinets and carpet displayed in the model. Same goes for the size of the closets. The way I see it is that if you dont like these things in your apartment- you have no one else to blame other than yourself. No one tricked you.

you failed to address the other matters. Who really cares about cabinets? The breakins we all know are true and are getting worse as days go by. Open your eyes, I'd much rather have cheap cabinets (by the way mine arent cheap, all you have to do is upgrade to the gourmet kitchen) than to have my car posted up on blocks.
