Three days into my lease and wanting out!

These apartments are like some have said "nice from a far".
I am now three days into my lease and sitting here wondering how to get out of it.
My girlfriend and I moved in on FRI the 29th and as we were moving in we started to notice things that somehow passed us by when we were shown the apartments.
The fact that they do not provide ceiling fans or A MICROWAVE! As well as the parking being an absolute nightmare! Yes it is our fault that we didnt catch these things at first.
However it does seem ludicrous that an apartment this expensive would not supply some of the most basic of amenities.
However most of that is easily resolved.
THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THAT THEFT IS HAPPENING ON AN AMAZING SCALE! LAST NIGHT (like the other review stated), 3 CARS ON BLOCKS WITH NO RIMS! ONE OF WHICH WAS BROKEN INTO AND I'M SURE HAD EVERYTHING VALUABLE STOLEN.
ALL THE APT DOES IS SAY THINGS LIKE "YOU KNOW CRIME HAS NO ADDRESS" IN ORDER TO MAKE UP FOR THE FACT THAT THEIR TENANTS ARE BEING ROBBED BLIND.
THEY SAY THEY'RE LOOKING AT PUTTING A GATE UP BUT THEY WERE SAYING THAT 4 WEEKS AGO WHEN WE FIRST WALKED THE PROPERTY.
THE CAMERA FOR THE MAIL ROOM HAS BEEN UNPLUGGED SINCE WE FIRST WALKED THE APT AND STILL IS, EVEN THOUGH I POINTED IT OUT TO THEM.
I DROVE IN DAY TO SEE THE DOOR WHERE THE "SURVALINCE SYSTEM" IS, PROPPED OPEN FOR ANYBODY TO TAMPER WITH.
THIS MANG COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS (OR THEIR SAFETY FOR THAT MATTER) AND I'M SURE WILL DO NOTHING TO CHANGE THE SITUATION...DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Well first of all I think that we should be mature about this. I'm sure that the people thought they were doing some good by getting it on the news. The problem is that a corporation(riverstone res) is deciding when and how money is spent to protect us and our property. THEY do not care about anything but the bottom dollar so this is what you get, a bunch of feet dragging and side stepping from what needs to happen. Which IS exspensive but absolutely necessary. gates, guard, more cameras, etc.

Idiots? I'm sorry but break-ins have happened ever since I have been there. Ch 4 was not brought in by the residents but by someone who worked for Ch 4 that lives in the apartment complex and was already doing a story on the breakins so get your facts straight before you start pointing fingers. And if the corporate -------- would have done something about it the first 10 or 15 times it happened, then maybe it wouldn't have been escalated as far as it did and as far as it will be in the future.
