I used to be a tenant at Tuscan Villas and glad that I no longer live there.

Ever since the switch over to the new management of Riverstone, this place has only gone down hill.

First, there are multiple vehicle break-in, stolen wheels & tires, broken windows and even stolen vehicles.

While all this was occuring, the new management Riverstone did nothing to help alleviate the problem.

Now, that I have moved out, they are trying to squeeze more money from me by charging me all these ridiculous move-out fees.

BE AWARE....DO NOT MOVE HERE if you value your vehicle, your personal well-being and your cash!
