I lived there for a year and couldnt wait to get out of that place 3 months into it.
The crime is really bad and only the first floor is painted.
The rest of the floors are cement which has never been cleaned.
The smell of other peoples' cooking flowed straight into the vents in my apt.
The courtyard view is nice if you happen to get on that side, but dont count on any sunlight.
The insides of the apts are nice enough.
However, it doesn't compensate for the lack of quality and rudeness of the management.
The coffee bar is open only during business hours.
I rarely got to enjoy it.
Fire alarms would go off at 3am.
Looks are decieving at Tuscan Villas.
One good thing I will say about Tuscan Villas: It was very quiet where I was, which was second floor courtyard side.

At Tuscan Villas the acoustics which keep noise levels low are a detriment. The crime is so bad that you want others to hear you scream for help. This is not the place to live unless you're Tony Soprano.
