Been living here at TUSCAN VILLAS not even a full 30 days and already my car has been broken into.Luckily I didn't have anything of value inside otherwise those punks would have cleaned me out.So I bought a new (shotgun) and I hope the people who did this is reading this,be ready.NO JOKE!(I really think its someone who lives in the complex that's been breaking and entering). I think for the rent the complex should be more secure with gates ,24hr cop patrol ,hell they can pay me to walk around with the pistol and patrol,I do it anyway.If you are currently a resident at Tuscan Villas,don't be afraid get you a gun and a 2way alarm for your car.It attaches to your keys and has a digital picture of your car on it and if someone does anything to ur car it beeps (LOUD),soon as that beep goes off,fly out your house head to the garage and fire off,bet those punks will stop vandelizing.

I bought a .40 caliber beretta and obtained a Texas CHL to carry and conceal a handgun when we lived there as the management wouldn't do anything of substance about the break-ins. They explained that most burglars of vehicles are "not violent." But, who knows what they could do when caught or confronted. Still we moved out after almost three years of putting up with it.

I did the same.. I bought a .40 cal springfield armory xd40 and would constanly walk out to the garage in the middle of the night to check on my truck....We have since moved into a town home with a two car garage and A HOME ALARM SYSTEM! WOW! WHAT A CONCEPT (something tuscan villas doesnt have)lol the only building built after the year 2000 that doesnt have burg alarms! .. and also --------(sp? whocares) that works there is a ----- to boot......anyway i can finally sleep at night. get out asap!

I'm glad I read this. Al thought, I was considering this complex. I actually live in las colinas in a beautiful apartment complex. However, a lot of people have moved out. Where I live they have this spacial going on which is attracting a bad crowd of people. They have been breaking in to apartments, cars, mail room, etc..... I'm so sad because this place was such a nice place until the stupid management decided to charge 675 for a 2 bedroom when these apartment are worth more. I'm looking to move, I pay more then 675 for a 1 bedroom since I've been living here for over 9 years.
