So far so good

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
Been here a few months now & so far so good.
Pros:
Nice landscaping/site plan design (unlike traditional looking apartments in the area) & looks like the complex is fairly well maintained.
Interior is nicely designed but closet space is small compared to other similar sized units I've lived in.
Maintenance was prompt on both times I've had to cal-in a workorder.
Management: No issues yet, they've worked with me the few times I've had to come in.
Great location if you work in the area & a few eateries within walking distance from complex.
Firestation down the street but, its also a minus since when they turn on those sirens it sounds like you live in the station.
Cons:
***Loading doc: It's in the back outside the garage, so if your unit is quite a distance (like mine was), check with your moving company & see whats the best plan for you.***
I had an expensive lesson learned, I thought that since my unit is near streetside they would be able park right-off the curb, but moving company wouldnt do it because of no parking signs, got charge extra since it went over the distance included in the flat rate.
The plumbing does rattle when someone is running the water
No microwave in my unit (dont know if its the same for all units)
If you live in units facing pool & garden, the cassionaly noisy neighbors dont realize since its an enclosed design you can easily hear them talking at the other end of complex.
Parking: make sure you get reserve parking otherwise, it's difficult to find one on your floor after 6pm. Also, watchout for some speeders in the parking garage who think it's their personal nascar track. Management needs to install more speed bumps.
