I wouldn't recommend this to anyone! I looked at the apartment too quickly - that was my fault. I was swayed by the parking garage and the built in desk. But these apartments don't even have microwaves or ceiling fans. I reported all kinds of things on the inspection sheet when I moved in and none of those things have been taken care of after four months. Cars have been broken into in the garage, and the garage doesn't have any kind of entry control (card, clicker, gate, etc.) There is no storage in the apartment except the closet. There are extra storage spaces that can be rented for an extra $40 and you can reserve a parking place in the garage near one of the entry doors for another $40. And the patios are small. The hallways need painting badly.
