The community itself is very nice the location is wonderful even the staff i never had a problem with them if i needed something fixed it would get done that same day!! The apts are big and have plenty of space nice balcony and storage room and walk in closets were what won me here HUGE!! But as for the tenants the first day i moved in i witnessed my neighbor fighting with her boyfriend screaming and yelling @ 3 in the morning! Walls are very thin if i can hear what my neighbor is doing in her bedroom then we have a problem. even if somebody was outside your apt you can hear there whole conversation kids running everywhere screaming and yelling teens making out in the breezway yeah when the leasing office is open everything is calm everybody following the rules and all but after 6pm all hell breaks loose people smoking weed fighting crusing bumping music to the point my apt would vibrate pitbulls are not allowed but yet everyone has one they don't bring them out till at night when the leasing office is closed. Where i drew the line was when i went outside and there in the grass was a used condom just there and kids playing how gross is that!!!! you'll also be seeing the Irving Police everyday chasing somebody or questioning teenagers. And recently i've seen alot of people moving out....hmmm i wonder why? so if you don't mind being around noise 24/7 then this is the place for you welcome home

IT'S NOT THAT BAD. I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR 2 YEARS. I DON'T TALK TO ANYONE AND I STAY TO MYSELF. EVERY SINCE MARY HAVE TOOK OVER THESE APARTMENTS HAVE BEEN A LOT BETTER. THE ONLY NOISE I HEAR IS WHEN PEOPLE OPEN THERE FRONT DOOR AND IT SLAMS CLOSE. THAT'S MY ONLY COMPLAINT. tHE SIDE I STAY ON IS QUIET AND I DON'T EVEN BE OUTSIDE HANGING AROUND TO SEE WHAT'S GOING ON. EVERY APARTMENT YOU MOVE TO PEOPLE ARE GOING TO ARGUE. THAT'S ONLY HUMAN NATURE DEMETRA

Mary is great but the tenants are (capital)HORRIBLE. lived here for over a year and a half now and some have no regard for their neighbors. This noise disturbance can range anywhere from kids running up and down the steps (10 at night sometimes), loud music, loud adults, slamming doors, dogs barking to conversations that should be private. The walls are terribly thin and lets not forget you have to fight the roaches in your apartment. Don't get me wrong now Mary is the best thing about this place. Management (meaning the group that runs this place) should be fixing (fumigating #1) screening and monitoring 24 hours their property. A lot of the crap mentioned above goes on after hours. My choice is to move out on my next break when my lease is up. This is a fair warning.

unfortunately when apartments take section 8 and low income, people tend to not know how to take care of the property and tend to break a lot of rules. I know low income people need a place to live, but in all cases that I have witnessed (I work in housing), they don't appreciate it and then we always have maanagement calling to discontinue their voucher programs due to tenants not wanting to behave like normal people!

Im on sec 8 and sorry not true! I stayed in my last house b4 kovin to tx for 5yrs and not so much as the carpet needed cleaning! My landlord didn't hav to fix anything when i left! Ppl that aren't raised to take care of things don't not just low income housing tenants!

Well I am new to Texas and I received a housing voucher from the VA and every place I call doesn't accept the voucher and the places that do I check the ratings and visit the properties and there is a huge difference solely because of the people and they do prove the stereotypes to be true. I am sinlge with no kids and I don't want to be around all the noise and drama but I have been looking for a decent place to live since July!
