Please whatever you do, make sure you don't choose Valley Trails Apartments. This place is horrible! The previous comments in regards to these apartments were all true. The problem is management, if you can keep Bonnie (manager) and Kim (Assistance Manager) from outside smoking cigarettes, then they could probably get some things done. Bonnie has a terrible attitude and Kim always fails to put in work orders. If you ask me, they both need customer service training. You can honestly tell these ladies are just working for a paycheck! These apartments are invested with roaches, constant water leaks, trash thrown all over the property etc. Please don't let me start on the maintenance crew, they don't do nothing but patch up stuff. These could be some very nice apartments if they were taken care of, especially considering the neighborhood.

Everything she is saying about bonnie and kim are true. Bonnie with her bad attitude and kim is just throwed off. Both of them are just as ghetto as the residents. I have 2months left and am getting the hell up out of here and never looking back
