I live in the Valley Trails and it is not that bad.

The new management seems to be on target with who needs to stay and who needs to go.

The only problem I have is that in our community rules that there is to be no vicious dogs and we have many pit bulls there.

I am sure the management is not aware because you only see these owners of the dogs taking them out during the evenings and weekends.

I pray they don't ever attack anyone because the owners will surely deny and hide the dogs.

The apartments are actually large and very nice inside and out.

The landscaping it very well kept.

Mary and Tonya are doing an excellent job.
