Valley Trails Apartments have come along way from what the old Managers that where there.
The property is alot cleaner now and there is barely any hanging out.
There is a curfew which I believe every property should have.
We also have a courtesy officer.
We have Crime watch meetings every mnth to help us to be aware of things that goes on in Ircing and also our apartment complex.
The staff is really friendly and keep the property up to standards where it is supposed to be.
People are complaining that the apartment managers are to strict , but they are supposed to be that way so that the community can stay peaceful, relaxing and some where you can actually call home.
So if you are a good clean person please live at my apartment complex.
If you are not clean and is all drama please go live some where else like the Waterfords of Valley Ranch.

those of you who live in valley trails, honestly is it safe for a single mother of a three year old and a five month old. Would it be safe for a caucasion women to take her white boy and black infant girl on a walk through the place to get to the rec center or library? thanks
