I love the area!! And the specials that they offered when I first came on property were AWESOME. I definitely feel safe and I like everything about the layout of my apartment except for the lack of a coat closet. Seemed odd.

Parking is non-existent. You have to pay for an assigned spot and you'd better if you expect to park anywhere near your apartment. And forget about having guests.

The fitness room is generally in need of attention and they are slow to repair.

You pretty much have to keep on top of the office staff to get anything done and there is little done to solve problems beyond an apology.

Recent changed in management were welcome but it seems one their main priorities is to gain revenue. The rent hikes that I've hear about recently and the new policy on late fees is ridiculous.

They have tried to plan more community activities and have extended office hours (thank goodness!!)

If you don't expect much from your complex, seldom have requests of any sort and don't mind paying to park....you could be quite happy. Personally, I'm probably not renewing my lease.
