This was my 1ST apartment since my move from NYC. I found the property great ---INITIALLY. Then after 10 months of living here, I was left a nasty note by Management that I had not been paying the accurate prorated rent. As it turns out, the leasing agent when I first moved in (10 mo ago) incorrectly prorated my rent and NOW after 10 months they wanted me to not only pay an extra $20 in rent but they also wanted me to back-pay $200 for rent that they incorrectly prorated. I argued with the Management and threatened to leave. Ultimately they waived the amount but I still had to pay the extra $20 per month. In addition, there are racoons on the property (found eating my garbage one night). And they charge you for everything. In order for you to transer to another apartment you not only pay the transfer fee but you have to pay-back all concessions given when first moved in AND the reletting fee (which should only apply if I were moving off the property - at least you'd like to think). They not only lost me as a resident they lost several others as well.

The apartments are nice but you can find better or at least comparable if you look. NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION!!
