Gone down hill

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
I have lived here for over 4 years and within the past 2 years, the management service has really declined. The complex is beautiful but forget about customer service. My maintenance requests were only completed after 2, 3 and sometimes 4 phone calls. It is so sad to see management cause this beautiful complex go down hill!
