I have been at this complex for one year. I was so excited to move in to such a beautiful property. However, I have had significant problems from day one. First, my apartment and all my cabinets are slanted due to the poor foundation. Even my doors were not well insulated due to the door jam having moved. (Of course Mgmt. told me there were no foundation problems with my building) My AC is broken and runs over 125 per month for a one bedroom. I have HUGE roaches in my apartment and attached garage, despite keeping a very clean apartment. Most recently I have had the rats that live in the bush in front of our building take up residence in my garage. Gross! Although the layout of the apartment is great, I have been disappointed in the mgmt. and overall condition of the apartments. I do have to say that the maintenance staff is WONDERFUL. They are so kind and accomodating. They are always willing to help any way they can. There are so many other pretty propperties in this area, don't waste your time with Villa Miranda.
