I recently moved to the area for a new job and when I initially looked at the apartment I was excited to be living at Villa Miranda. Things soured quickly once I realized there was no parking (unless you pay, who ever heard of paying $25 a month to park your car)! With how much this place costs the parking should be free! The security gates never work, and cars have been broken into on 2 occasions. I don't feel safe letting my girlfriend walk the two blocks to her car at night alone. The foundations are cracking and this has resulted in cracks up my walls that weren't there 2 months ago ( I wonder if they will make me pay for that when I move)! The laundry system is a joke, you have to put money on a card that you use in the machines. The gym is not too bad, I've yet to use the pools but they look nice. The mail box has been broken into 2 times since I've been there, hopefully none of my mail has been stolen! This has been a terrible experience and I will be leaving when my lease is up! DO NOT RENT HERE!
