At first the place is nice and great facilities. But, if you ever have a problem you better hope its not urgent or the Manager does not need to get involved! She is a pain in the a-- to work with and not willing to respect tenants rights that currently live there. If you are not signing a new lease...she doesn't care. All the other staff is very helpful (as much as they can without her).

BUGS are a problem that are not remedied fast enough. Inside and out you will experience problems with that! Once again, the Manager is not quick to help.

Overall its a nice community, I was just glad to get the heck out and away from the bugs and an uncooperative Manager.
