If you are interested in appearances, this is the place for you. It looks nice but the customer service is horrible! Have a request' Hold your breath..it will take until eternity to get a timely response and/or action from anyone. I agree with the previous comments, condescending behaviour is on overload at this place. Talk is cheap. If you say you are going to do something, do it in a timely manner. If the request won't be done during the time stated, notify the other party. Don't simply leave one wondering. Professionalism is important to me and it is lacking big time at Villa Miranda.
