These apartments are great, I honestly don't know what everyone is complaining about! I moved in March of 2004 and I have been very pleased. Not only did I get in a great price for Valley Ranch, the apartment is perfectly lovely. Yes, I have had issues with maintenace issues in the apartment but the staff has always been friendly and quick to react to my issues. Yes, I had issues with parking, but I purchased a carport and it is well worth the price. For $25 a month I park four spots from the breezeway - how great is that. Before I parked way down by the gate and at least one day a month I would have paid that amount not to have to walk. I have never posted an opinion regarding anything but felt all other reviews were written by unhappy, complaining and absurd complaints about a great place to live. I looked at over 30 apartments in Las Colinas and Valley Ranch before signing at Villa and I am very happy with my decision.

Well, that's great for you...now try having your car broken into, your apartment broken into twice, and once while you're at home!! and then...get a garage and have that broken into as well...i think you'll be singing to a different tune then :) good luck
