Bad bad parking space... none for you guests... my friend's car's been towed and had to go to "Dallas" to get the car back and it cost $250...

I have two cars in my family. Had to get 2 car ports just to park ourselves which is another $50 added to the rent.

There's been cars broken into... I've read reviews here at Apartment Ratings before I moved in and saw a review saying that cars were broken into several times. I should have believed it...

Every month I see people around my complex move out... Very bad sign!!!!

When I sleep, i can hear people "thumping" up and down the stairs. I can't sleep!

I have cracks all over the wall. There's one going all the way across the living room wall. There's two on the wall through the hall... There's crack in bathroom. There's definitely been a leak through that and went through huge ordeal...

Office management are so incompetent and rude! I don't even want to mention further than that. Ridiculous!

I've already found a new apartment. Will move out when the lease expires which is this August. Thank God!
