I was SO excited to move here, just like everyone else. The apartments are beautiful. The landscaping is great. It's a quiet neighborhood...lots of room to jog on the sidewalk, etc. However, all this happiness quickly faded. I was assigned a covered parking spot, and then when I moved in, they had given my spot away. I ended up getting a spot even farther from my apartment. There's NEVER any parking for guests. They told me they were building more parking. Yah, right. Where' There's no where to put anymore parking. Then, this last week, I paid my rent late. It wasn't even that late. Rent is due on the 1st, but we have until the 3rd to pay it. I paid it on the 4th at 11am (one hour after the office opened). I had been on vacation, and I was unable to make it before then. They charged me a $50.00 late fee even tho they were STILL processing the checks turned in over night. They weren't even done. This is crazy....they don't care about their tenants at all here. They know they'll rent them out...so if you come here, your just another number.
