I have lived here for about 10 months and boy can I tell you that I am sooooo happy to be moving! Management (Rocky) is not a very good manager. She is NEVER there and when I do see her, she is outside of the office leaning into a car talking to her husband. Shouldn't she be at work' I have complained about garbage being left out on non-garbage pick up days 6 times people!! 3 of those times I went into her office to discuss and she only posted a note on my buildings doors. Shouldn't they go threw people's trash, like they claim they do, and find out who it belongs to'
Parking, parking, parking! This is worse than a parking garage. You can never find anywhere to park and if you do find a spot, you're walking a good mile to your home. We finally had to break down and get a garage where we pay $120 for 2 guaranteed "spots".
Now let's talk about the people who live here. Now I guess they are just letting anyone move in here because within 10 months of residing here, the people have gone from young professionals to straight ghetto! Believe me I know because my next door neighbors used to smoke weed in the walkways and leave all kinds of trash in front of their doors. They even went as far as to leave trash in front of my door!! So I quickly and promptly piled all of their nasty trash in front of their door so they had to move the trash to get into their home! :-)
Lighting around the complex is HORRIBLE! I had to complain for (i'm not kidding) 3 MONTHS before they fixed the light timer outside of my building. You go in there or call to tell them about it and they write it down and never fix the issue. What are they writing with an invisible pen'!
The staff can be nice sometimes but if you go in to inform them about issues or concerns they start getting annoyed with you. We're the people that pay them to work for us. If you don't like customer service then get out of this industry!
Rent is okay for the area but if you want quality, great customer service and safety, PLEASE move somewhere else.
