Keeping it short, the friendliness of the maintenance staff is the only redeeming quality of this complex. Even then they aren't timely in the least (I'm certain this is because the office staff doesn't process maintenance requests until they are annoyed enough by phone calls to do so). Previous posts have noted the management staff's condescending attitude. Not enough can be said about their lack of professionalism. It's a shame that these amateurs can ruin what could have otherwise been a pleasant experience... if you don't have a car of course. Inevitably your friends will refuse to come visit because of the ridiculous walking distance from their poorly lit parking space (if they can find one) to the apartment. You better not like hot water, functioning appliances, or air conditioning either. Perhaps a friendless hermit who likes to complain on the phone, walk everywhere, and is well armed because of repeated car/apt breakins would find this to be paradise. Myself, on the otherhand... no flippin' way I'll renew my lease. The entire management staff should be fired, and I will be writing letters to the management company (which I'm sure will be ignored) upon my departure from this nightmare. I don't believe the rating system availble on this website is adequate for my, and apparently most other reviewers, opinions. This is most certainly rates a 1 out of 5 for me, and even then I'm being generous.
