These are fairly nice apartments and my roommate and I got a good deal on a two bedroom. The parking situation is horrible. There are lots of garages and covered spots but not nearly enough free spaces. One night I came home late and there were no available spaces so I parked in a handicapped space and got a $300 ticket. They severely underestimated the number of spaces needed for the size of this complex. Do they think that people don't have roommates or only have one car per apartment' Some people have garages and use them as storage units or a place to store their boat or antique car or whatever. So while these people have garages they still have to park their regular car somewhere. We did not have very many maintenance problems while we lived there. The apartment was only a few years old so nothing had really been worn down yet. My roommate and I went our separate ways at the end of the one year lease. We had a maintenance request after we had given them our notice that we were moving and they never came around to fix it. When we moved out the management charged us for every little thing that they could think of so that they could keep our deposit. They said the carpet was stained even though I thought it was just normal wear and tear. They even charged us because I left a 12 pack of Coke in the refrigerator that I was plannig to take with me but inadvertantly left behind. Everything else in the refrigerator had been cleaned out. I thought this was a decent apartment but I was very disappointed with the parking and the way the management handled things when we moved out.
