The apartment looks good from outside and some inside. I lived here and it was bittersweet. Even the staff members have been quitting their jobs because, they really can't help tenants and are tired of complaints and management is not doing anything to help and I think they are not planning on helping anytime soon....hahahahahaha.
Parking is an entire problem the moment you sign those lease papers and management does not care. There is no parking for tenants as well as guests and the corps are on the watch, ready to ditch out parking tickets to make up their numbers for the month. Since the corps already know that parking is an issue here, to make up their numbers for the month, they just drive to Villa Miranda and distribute speeding tickets to make up for the month. When you complaint to the leasing office, they will tell you "we are building more parking space..." I have been there since 2001 and its now 2005 close to 2006 and there are still no more parking but people moving in and moving out at the end of the first lease term.
I wonder what will become of the apartments.. and they are F****g expensive for nothing. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
