I've lived at Villa Miranda for almost two years now and I really like it for the most part. The inside of the apartments are the nicest I've ever seen and I feel rather safe. I recently renewed my lease with no increase - which shocked me to be honest!

I really can't complain about too much except that they water the grass too much. There is usually water everywhere.

I read the reviews on here before signing my lease and thought all the parking comments were an overreaction. But they are all true. Parking here is awful. I was practically forced to rent a covered parking space to ensure I didn't have to walk a mile to my car every day. Forget having visitors over on the weekends.
