This is a nice apartment complex overall. The apartments are relatively new with little maintenance needed. All of my maintenance requests have been responded to promptly.

They have saturday morning breakfasts and other gatherings that are nice. The pools, workout room, etc are all very good.

There have good specials for newly rented apartments and you may be able to get a good renewal deal as well. However, the market rate is likely to be way above what you are paying and they will charge $150 premium a month if you don't renew your rent... so if you need to pay month to month for a few months it will be very expensive.

The comments about the lack of parking are true. They recently added a few parking spaces, but the parking is still difficult to find on the weekends and evenings. If you are willing to pay for the covered parking or garage though it should not be too much of a problem (still might be a little difficult with guests).

Overall my experience here has been good.
